One day I'll go there, it sure will suffice
Until my Jesus from Heaven He calls
I have to make do on this Earthly stall
It doesn't faze me that my life's a short time
I've got good news 'cause the Savior is mine
God's been good to me so far
My ma she taught me that "Christ is alive
It's not a lie, son, by Him you will thrive."
I trust in Him, so there's nothing I lack
Don't knock the Lord 'cause His grace is a fact
These Earthly rewards that God gives are great
I read the Bible, the path I walk's straight
So until I am off this old planetary ball
I praise the Lord 'cause He's given it all
I've so much to gain and He's always come through

I don't complain, always give Him His due
God's been good to me so far
I gave my heart He's the one I adore
I can't believe it's for me He died for
Can't hold a candle to His holy name
My life is now different, by Him I've changed
There's many ways He has to make my life shine
